1 General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the bajee16 platform and any user. By accessing bajee16's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms are published in both English and Bangla. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. bajee16 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

2 Account Registration & Management

To use bajee16's services, you must create an account. Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory.

• Each individual is only entitled to One Account Only can be created.
• Your name, date of birth, and contact details must be accurate.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential.
• Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts from the same device or network; however, bajee16 reserves the right to verify such arrangements.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or transferring an account is strictly prohibited.

Bajee16 may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. You may be asked to confirm your identity via national ID or passport.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility Requirements

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming is legally permitted in the country or region from which you are playing.
• You are playing for yourself and using your own funds.

Bajee16 may request government-issued identification at any time for age verification. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

• Each bonus offer has its own specific Wagering Requirements applies, which is generally 15x to 30x the bonus amount.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajee16. Any account found engaging in them will be closed immediately:

• Bonus Abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Use of automated bots or software on the platform.
• Using an account for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Misconduct or threats directed at bajee16 staff.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating bets.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bajee16 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Failed KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also request account closure at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent.

Any valid balance will be returned after account closure, though processing may take time pending verification.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
